Returns
Here at Artisan's Effect, we believe that our markers are the best markers you will ever buy. So we offer a 100% guaranteed Satisfaction return on all purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 60 days to request a return or replacement.

All Artisan's Effect products have a limited 60 day warranty against defect and workmanship.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a return is requested, in some cases we may require you to return any unused product to us at your cost. All refunds will be processed when received and by the same method of payment that was used. When a refund is processed you will receive an email from us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank account or credit card to see if it has been processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@artisanseffect.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged during shipping please contact us at orders@artisanseffect.com. We will do our best to fix the issue you are having. If the item is not in stock we offer you the choice of an alternative comparable product or full refund instead of exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at orders@atisanseffect.com to get an RMA number. Failure to contact us prior to shipping may result in refunds not being applied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
